There's only one delay to this war. The 101st has to finish offloading in Kuwait and the 4th ID has to sneak as much stuff across southern Turkey by rail to their dropoff points at our "secret" bases in Northern Iraq.
Methinks time is real short due to the weather that starts getting prohibitive in mid-April. I don't think Bush and the JCS want this to go on for longer than another week.
