He almost sounds bored..not serious..but tired of the whole thing. Not doing much to light a fire under the American people. My goodness, are we watching the same man? He looks intense to me. Not a man to be taken lightly.

He just warned us,,go out and get groceries tomorrow, feed the animals, get ready to be at the puter and tv for a week.

Why is this on? What is new here? Looks to me like we're where we were a couple of months ago, except we now have more troops leaning back, more yadda yadda yadda with the UN, more jawboning. Jeeeezus!

This just seems like the same old stuff. Let's get rid of Hussein and co. or get out. Enough window dressing!

I have to buy a vowel. I haven't a clue why he made this speech.

My take is that he may be distracted because, at this moment, the greatest victory of his presidency may be transpiring -- the capture of Osama bin Laden. And he may be chomping at the bit to mention it, but he cannot in good conscience.
Maybe it's wishful thinking. But it does seem like his mind is not completely on this event.

explain why North Korea doesn't have to be invaded, but Iraq does have to be invaded. Yet it's North Korea that's openly threatening war. It's a double standard --- and Bush doesn't explain the reason for it.
To: Kip Lange
That's what it should be but no way will he, or any other president, back us out of the UN. Sad.
Dick Keil, Bloomberg: Why are others are reluctant to proceed? And what about amending 1441 for a deadline?
