According to Clintoon comments Bush made an arrangement with Saddam - Don'r use WMD and we don't overrun baghdad.
If so then it was a mistake..
For my part, the only "arrangement" with regard to WMD's that I know of went something like:
"Use WMD's and you'll be sorry you did.."
Are we now taking Clinton's word for anything? I missed the part where he was proven to be truthful.
