If I hear again, which I probably will this evening, that "it will be weeks not months" or "days, not weeks". I want to throw things. Bush never had any respect from the left and, of course, he never will, and now he is fast losing any respect with the right. He is so incompetent in "pussyfooting." Is it not insane to jam 300,000 grunts into a few sq miles in Kuwait to be vulnerable for some kind of horrendous attack. This war should have taken place months ago. In another week, the Australians, the Brits as well as the Kuwaitis will withdraw from our "coalition" and the Arab States will ask us to go home. This delay is more costly each day. Even though it will mean the end of Bush and be damaging to the Republicans in the short run, if Bush is not willing to immediately proceed in Iraq, he should bring those boys back home and let the rest of the world stop dictators. We should take care of ourselves and let the rest of the world go to h---.
