We have seen this type in the old movies...the Indians have the wagon train surrounded, Gary Cooper is remaining calm, and some loony settler goes nuts and jumps up screaming, only to take an arrow in the chest.
Or it is a jungle movie, and the natives are surrounding the mission, where a few folks are holed up, and someone starts yelling, "The drums, the drums, I can't take the drums!"
These are definitely NOT the people who learned that "You don't shoot until you see the whites of their eyes."
