Not just tin foil, PNAC is the lynch pin of the left's grand theory of the military industrial complex and the march towards imperialism. It has been tied to among other things; Wellstone and Carnahan's deaths(assasinations, of course), the Gulf War, Election 2000 as well as 2002, oh and I have even seen it presented that PNAC allowed Clinton to win because he was a centrist carrying out their mission either wittingly or unwittingly. It's their holy grail.
