A captured Yemeni cleric Moayad was arrested after a year long sting operation in Germany. He claimed to be Osama bin Sheik Laden's spiritual adviser and personally delivering $20 million to the al-Qaida leader in the years before the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. Mohammed, #3 in al-Qaida, was arrested this past weekend in Pakistan, which was joint operation by the CIA, Pakistani police and his son Rahman who was convicted in 1995 of conspiring to blow up the UN offices in New York helped. Breaking up the communication and financial ties to terrorists where ever they may hole up..to me is a big step in the war on terroism. Divide and conqueor. All this is just a part the "clean up on aisle 'C'" Bush has succeeded in achieving since taking over office from a self serving William Jefferson Clinton.

Since we are making so much headway, then there is no reason to attack Iraq, no?

That's my big problem. Could a war against Iraq been sold to the American people before September 11, 2001? No. What about a year ago? No. Our gole was to destroy the terrrorists responsible. Now, we are making lists of countries we want to attack. Hardly a day goes by that there isn't a thread here titled "some country" is next after Iraq. Sounds like someone is preparing for a perpetual war, and Im not sure why.
