I think Sen. Graham should concern himself with breaking the Estrada filibuster and other important matters. Why waste legislation on these morons? As long as they do not impede our military operations, let them exercise their free speech. The DoD has given them the obligatory warning. I see no need for any branch of the government to concern itself any further.

I agree with you about Estrada, but he has no case what so ever in bring charges against those useful ediots...zip, nada.
