I couldn't believe he hadn't heard about it... Curtus Sliwa (WABC morning drive) played that song (Ohio?) and then started ripping into Hynde. He mentioned that it was Rush's intro song, and expected Rush to hammer her. I listened to nearly the whole show, and nothing. I also checked out part of Sean's and didn't hear a thing... Oh well, maybe tomorrow.

Kuby's (Curtis' commie/liberal sidekick) excuse was that Hynde had a chemical imbalance - either she was on drugs, or was dellusional because she wasn't.

He uses a small portion of her song under fair use, and it pisses her off. As I understand it, she doesn't get a dime.

I completely argee - she shouldn't get one dime of royalty money from Rush. We need to start e-mailing Rush with this one.
