The enlisted winter [working] blues are a black long-sleeve shirt, black trousers, and a black tie....the same Chiefs and Officers wear or wore? Youse guys wear the combination cap, E-6 and below "wore" the dixie cup, now the garrison cap (apparently an option). Maybe the "working" thing thru you.

Oops, my bad, the winter (working) blue is black shirt and trousers without tie or ribbons. The winter blue is with tie and ribbons. According to the Blue Jackets Manual - can be worn with either the black garrison cap or the white dixie cup.
