I can't stand Fox news. The conservative bias thing bothers me a little bit, I guess, but mostly I don't like the production or the grating personalities of O'Reilly, Smith, or Hannity. I find Greta to be the most watchable. The Fox news "babes" everyone worships here have enough botox in their faces to launch some kind of terrorist attack. Also, I have no idea what the hell a g-block is.

That one took me a while as well. I had to ask someone at work that knows street lingo. It's twofold apparently. G is like the hip, up to date thing, and it also represents the seventh block of the show which is also the seventh letter. Dumb I know.

Personally I'm getting a little tired of the rah-rah attitude on Fox. Along with the populist O'Reilly, Hannity has to be one of the most annoying people on the air. I only watch the morning show because it is a bit funnier and more relaxed than the other shows

I don't mind at all that it's conservative. That is its selling point as far as i'm concerned. my problem is that they are trying to tone down. when MSNBC, abc, cnn, cbs, and nbc are all saying "republicans are racists" fox (except hannity)didn't go hard enough agaiinst the dems. the late phil donahue had a show "the republican party and race" where was the "democrat party and race special?"
even though the lott thing has gone away for now it has left residue. i think they don't get how skillful the other side is. i think they are in retreat, and it doesn't matter if msnbc is moving right (this week) the dominant media has done a hell of a job stoking anti-bush sentiment here and abroad. yeah, his polls are still high, but the lib media have caused them to come down hard.

" Can't stand fox news"

You know I can't stand them either. Ever since they hired Greta and garity and those other bozo'z from cnn and msnbc the show is really going downhill. This I believe was the liberals agenda, destroy fox news from within. Well, they are sure doing a good job of it as most of you are stating. Britt Hume's news is by far the best and I hope that segment is free of the "disease".

The seventh segment of the show. Count on your fingers as you say your A-B-C's.

Just as CNN numbers their segments "1" through "7", Fox News Channel letters their segments "A" through "G". The "G block" usually contains the "lighter" or "general interest" stories at the end of the broadcast.
