A gay-rights group says it plans to meet with NBC chairman Robert Wright this week in a last-minute attempt to head off Saturday's TV debut of controversial radio talk show host Michael Savage.Well, wadda ya know? Once AGAIN, a group that ESPOUSES TOLERANCE AD NAUSEUM, is the group LEAST TO GIVE IT? Can you say HYPOCRITICAL?

Everything [he said], from the childish name-calling
so he's being censored because of name calling?

Savage will soon have the best ratings on MSNBC.
All this publicity is a bonanza for getting people to tune into Savage.

These radical leftist groups are trying to be my TV censor and they need to be stopped. Even if you think Savage is a blowhard, I hope you still support Savage in his upcoming battle to ensure this does not happen again. Note that the same people are also trying to shut down Rush and OReilly.

This problem has arisen for one reason -- Michael Savage changed his name from Michael Weiner. If he had stayed with his real name and called his program "Weiner Nation," all the queers would be fans.

"homophobic, racist and sexist," Liberals need new talking points.
After repeating the same worn-out accusations for half a century, it's time to play another CD track.

"Savage, who's accused by gay and women's groups of being "homophobic, racist and sexist," is part of a new lineup for cable's struggling MSNBC, a joint project of NBC and Microsoft."
I saw that Mr. Savage got labeled a bigot in another story. The author didn't even back up his charge.
I've never heard Mr. Savage. Can anyone enlighten me on why these charges are being leveled against him? I assume he's conservative, but racist, sexist and homophobic? How pray tell?

I don't know if Savage can survive national TV honestly... used to listen to him out in Bay... he's is definately a free thinker, not just another RNC memo parrot, which I liked, but some of his conclusions were almost mother ship Farrakahnish.... so we'll see how it goes. Personally I think MSNBC is going to have a hard sell with Savage on TV... of course, anything has to be better than Donahue.

Savage, who's accused by gay and women's groups of being "homophobic, racist and sexist,"Hey, they left out "mean-spirited". The gays and women's groups dropped the ball here. I think they need a new publicist.

I am so sick of these groups, (no matter which one) that presches toleance, yet has none for anyone conservative. I hope MSNBC stands firm, perhaps those who want Savage on should e-mail msnbc. think I will.

When an MSNBC s**tcans a Donahue and replaces his little pink bottom with a meat-eating Conservative like Savage, it actually gives me hope for America.
To: DeepInEnemyTerritory
I hope and pray that MSNBC pulls the plug on his show. Then FNC signs him to replace reGreta in the 10 p.m. slot. It would be poetic justice.
