I emailed our senator Max Baucus (D-MT) this weekend and I received an email back stating that he is firmly going to vote no against Estrada. Dork.

I emailed our senator Max Baucus (D-MT) this weekend and I received an email back stating that he is firmly going to vote no against Estrada. Dork. So when did he say he would allow that vote to take place?
We should be hammering the Dem Senators to ALLOW THE VOTE.

That's fine if he votes no. But will he vote to ALLOW a vote. That is now the question.
Personally, I have NOT urged my 'bad' Senator(Wyden, OR)to vote for Estrada's confirmation. But I am ALL over him to at least ALLOW the vote to occur.

Well, I don't mind if Baucas votes "NO" on Estrada.
The question is whether or not he will permit a vote.
Did the letter say anything about that?
