According to Rush the Republicans are loathe to be part of the Congress that first had an actual filibuster against a judicial nominee, but hey, I figure it's not the Republicans who are doing it, let it come back to bite the Democrats. Was intrigued that he said the Republicans think if they take the plunge and call the Democrats' bluff on a cloture vote, they think the Dems may not have the votes willing to go on record.
