The Steelers of the Chuck Noll, Bradshaw, Steel Curtain era are one of my favorite teams of all time. I even convinced my father to get us black and gold uniforms just like them for our midget football team. I played fullback and middle linebacker, so I got to pretend I was Franco AND Jack in the same game!LOL

LOL...my ol'man coached the reknowned West Springfield Chiefs** squads of the mid-70's...and I QB'd and played outside linebacker from 4th grade 'til 8th!! At the time, I did an excellent LennieDawson/BobbyBell combo, although I'd have prefered to be Buch Buchanon!!

Those were the days...when Saturday mornings were the FOCUS of yer existence three months outta the year!!
