What time do we want to finalize the reservations at Acappella's?! I need to call the guy back and give him the details. Right now, we've got 20 reservations and we could accommodate up to 45 comfortably...I'm really looking forward to this, too, the food is allegedly GREAT!! Is Acapella's related to Mr. Henry's Inn? Mr. Henry's Inn is the name I remember your mentioning before. I think we should go to Acapella's before the reenactment, then if anyone wants to go someplace afterwards for refreshments, they may -- and those who need to head back home can get on the road since it's a Sunday afternoon. How about noon at Acapella's so we can be in line at St. John's by 1:30? It sounds like the seating is first come first served for the reenactment.
I don't see us having a real handle on the numbers until we practically walk in the door! You know corraling freepers, especialy Virginia ones is like herding cats! I doubt we'll need the extra room, but we'll know closer to the 23rd. Today's only the 7th. Be great, of course to have lots because it's a powerful presentation all should experience at least once in his or her lifetime.

Just got off the phone with the proprietor of
Acappella at the Patrick Henry Inn and they ain't open on Sundays--I had mistakenly told him the reenactment was on Saturday the 22nd when I made the reservations. We've got plenty of alternatives just down the street in Shockoe Bottom, but I really need to nail down a minimum number.
