BTW, did you see the list of pro-Bush/ pro-War on terror celebs? (from www.celiberal.com)

I posted the list (#90). I didn't see Jewel's name there...hmmmmm, could Mud have fallen for a lib? LOL!

BTW, Mud are ya OK? I heard a rumor you might have gotten strep throat, or something... FRegards

"Michael Waltrip ......huh, Sultan's man... #18 !"

Well, almost close. Waltrip's number is 15, the sultan's number is 88, and the sultan does like Waltrip.

"Cheryl Ladd ....Nice hair..."

Nice....ummm....hair is right. The sultan, as a young man, drooled over this chick like MUD drools over Jewel.

An egregious error...#15.
The Sultan?

Sheesh...you don't have any self esteem problem, do you? :^D

Sultan, would you consider a bribe, to allow a nominee to get confirmed to the Celebrity Judge Panel?

Goldilucky seems to believe you are above taking a kickback. I don't think you are, and it's just a matter of price.

I know Mud will take a gift, to accept my nomination... which is the only reason I'm sending him that most excellant book.

Goldilucky, whch Judge do you think is most likely to be someone that could be bought off? Mud, Sultan, or CM?
jla has already given me a thumbs up. Landru will possibly try to Bork my nomination, because of our little spat that we had, so I don't think he's a possibility. heh, heh...

FRegards

BTW, Sultan, I got your top secret e-mail transmission over the super encrypted cable modem.(Regarding this matter) I am now in the process of shredding said document, and I deny any knowledge of it's existence.

What's up people?

Been exceptionally busy these last few days and I see Black XVII is already well underway.......Cool.

Played the Nassau Coliseum last night at the Islander game.
They're 1-6 when we're playing............you'd think they'd learn.

"Sultan, would you consider a bribe, to allow a nominee to get confirmed to the Celebrity Judge Panel?"

Well, now that all depends. What do you have in mind? I've already got two scrumptious meals, a limousine ride, and an overnite stay at the Jefferson Hotel comin' my way. Unless you got sumpthin' better than a Virginny ham or Landru's knockwursts, than you better try yer bribe on Goldilucky and leave me out.

BTW, since I have moved up to CelebrityJudge status (albeit as an intern), I probably cannot hold the position of wager judge any longer. Would either you or Goldilucky like to join Landru on that lower bench?? And being wager judge can be quite lucrative, if you catch my drift. (wink, wink)

There you are, cm. Wondered if you wuz pullin' a Landru. Cool about you playin' at the hockey game. Was that the game that my Caps won?

Yes, XVII is well underway with lots of MUD's golden oldies already posted. Meanwhile, the boy is "dogsick" and me and FBD are trying to keep the thread going while he recovers.

We played the Caps game in Dec.(I believe).

Yep, the Isles got beat 3-1 that night!

Last night was Tampa. The Isles lost 3-1 again.

Dude, when the Isles played the Caps there had to be a 1000 Washington fans at the Coliseum. We've played alot of games, but no opposing team had so many fans as the Caps. It was really kind of cool.

"Well, now that all depends. What do you have in mind? I've already got two scrumptious meals..."

I take it you've given my settlement offer your blessings, then?
Just guessing about that, now; since, you've neglected to say one way or another so I'm left to gleen what I can from your scattered & cryptic decisions you'll sporadically issue from the Bench.

"Would either you or Goldilucky like to join Landru on that lower bench??"

I'm sorry, I'm going to recuse myself from sitting with either of those two individuals.
However, I think the two of 'em would be perfect, together.
In fact, it's a marriage made in Heaven.

"And being wager judge can be quite lucrative, if you catch my drift. (wink, wink)"

That's not altogether honest, your Honor (...or Highness).
Here's where the "Truth in Advertising" statutes comes into play, y'know.

Seems you've (skillfully) omitted the most crucial aspect which -- as it turns out -- is directly proportional to your good fortune, the expansion of your girth & subsequent enrichment, eh?

That is...
Mud's propensity for making stupid, sucker's bets; &, the fact he just might've learned enough (personal discipline) -- by now -- to stop his financial hemorrhaging?

...I mean, anything's possible.

"I take it you've given my settlement offer your blessings, then?"

Well, I gave the "boy" 72 hours to make a formal declaration of defeat. During which time I did not, being a fair and impartial judge, offer him encouragement one way or the other. But, after all this time and not actually seeing any such declaration, I have decided to accept your offer. LANDRU WINS THE MUDBOY WAGER!! And I urge the *loser* to abide by the generous terms offered by the *victor*.

"What's up people?"

"I'm not, got any locoweed?" (~Firesign Theater)

"They're 1-6 when we're playing...you'd think they'd learn."

I sure in the hell hope they don't see the *connection*.

Your manager now needs to get hold of all opposing teams & bill you guys as the, "Guaranteed Win" band.
He'd have the numbers to back up his claim, y'know.
Might even be able to command a premium price for y'all; IF, he knows what he's doing -&- is proficient at "Selling the Sizzle."

...great marketing angle, huh. ;^)

"LANDRU WINS THE MUDBOY WAGER!!"

There, it's *official*.

"And I urge the *loser* to abide by the generous terms offered by the *victor*."

Can't see where there's much *urging* needed, your Honor.
Mud's 72 hours lapsed & the decision's mine, by default.

In any event thank you kindly, Sultan.
Was all my pleasure knowing you were peering down at us throughout this (~what for Mud had to be painfully) long, unnecessarily protracted ordeal.

I always knew there was something I liked about you; &, now I think I know what it is.
Your razor sharp legal instinct(s), innante sense of justice & nose for a really good resturant in the metro-Richmond area is quite exceptional & most remarkable.

Look.
Ever decide to get off the Bench & enter the world of politics?

...ya got my vote all sewed up, buddy. ;^)

""I'm not, got any locoweed?" (~Firesign Theater)"

Don't crush that dwarf, hand me the pliers!

"I sure in the hell hope they don't see the *connection*."

Nah, the Isles' p.r. people love the band. That's all my agent cares about. Shocking, huh?

After I get done transcribing Beyond the Sea and some god-awful Rod Stewart ballad(no accountin' fer a student's taste) I'm gonna put on some Chester and Lester!

BTW. What do you think of us getting the #3 al-qaeda dog. Ya think Dashole likes the taste of his shoes?

CM, so does your band play during the intermissions or what?

Landru, remind to tell you a Firesign Theater story when I get back from the clinic.

"The Sultan? Sheesh...you don't have any self esteem problem, do you?"

Well, *everybody* around here calls me The Sultan, so I feel no qualms about referring to myself in the superlative.

On my way to the clinic. Wish me luck!
