I'm as frustrated as the next person when it comes to turn-out. IMO, this is not the place to belittle the efforts of those who put hours and hours into making the Rally a success yesterday. Me? I just showed up. You both bring up Rush. When was the last time he got out from behind his golden microphone and headlined a rally? Maybe there is a large percentage of Americans who feel it is doing enough to just talk on, and listen to conservative talk radio?

If there was a massive event, I would put my law books down, put off studying, and haul my butt down to D.C. to join with the rest of you guys.

I'm coming late to the thread today and am seeing some talk at the frustration in numbers at the rally.
I think you all did a fantastic job in putting together the rally. I came down from Philadelphia yesterday to attend. I was impressed at the professional staging of the event, and the speakers were quite moving. My favorite part was Susanne (?) singing her own composition. I didn't sign in or interact very much, but I felt compelled to be there for all the previously stated reasons.
Thanks for affording me an opportunity to do something to let our troops know we support them.

FIVE LITTLE WORDS, "I am going to DC" would lauch a million people towards the Lincoln Memorial, but Rush Limbaugh has to say it.
