"preparations for nuclear war... "

There are no preparations for nuclear war, Jung-Il is an idiot, the US doesnt have to prepare for nuclear war. We've got all of our ducks in a row already just push down on a big ole Red plunger button!! If we wanted to, we would have already.

I think that Jung-Il stepped on his whacker with this particular comment, clearly revealing his blackmail motives.

The paper said nuclear weapon production factories in the United States were developing and manufacturing weapons to destroy underground structures in the isolated country.

As predicted; the Russians and Red Chinese, by way of their protectorate of "North Korea," are trying to create a nuclear stalemate, from which "we should all back down." Meaning, no use of deep-penetrator nuclear bunker-busters in Iraq.

The ROK says that Iraq is first on the US agenda and they are second.

I think that they may be correct; N. Korea is the real
problem. The US is trying to buy time and stall the situation, but it looks less likely every day that that is
a viable option.
