In RD's defense, the troops were sent into Somalia under the Bush I administration. They were already there when Clinton (spit) came into office. But the real tragedy is the mainstream press coverup of the M. Albright and L. Aspin screwup of the mission. The lamestream press just said, "Well, Bush sent them in there, so it's his fault!" Never look for the true source of incompetence and fault. Especially when it is "your guys".

I'm pretty sure we are talking about the fiasco at mog. Lights, camera, action, CNN, Seals filmed on the beach, no armor support when asked, no night vision goggles. They made a movie about it.
