Will he be extradited to the US or will he be in US custody? There's a difference.

Where did you get the idea that Hitler is dead? He has simply been reanimated.

His trial should be at the Federal courthouse downtown. Blocks from the WTC. I'm not sure that's such a good idea. The sentencing of the defendants in the embassy bombing trial was scheduled to take place in that courthouse on 9/12/2001.

Fox reported that he will be extradited to the U.S.

I think the ISI has him now. Rawalpindi is a garrison town, with the headquarters of the Pakistani Army. I suspect the safehouse these guys were captured in is itself ISI.

Let the Pakistanis torture him until he divulges the full extent of Saddam's complicity with 9/11, the anthrax mailings, and anything else we might not know all the details about.

Or Jesse Jackson and Jimmy Carter march for his clemency plea.

Do we have Mullah Omar?He is still hiding in the mountains of Afghanistan. I have serious doubts we will ever get him. Look how hard it was to get the two dumbass snipers in Maryland.

Will NOT be extradited. He will be turned over to US officials in Pakistan. Extradition applies our laws on him therefore less of a chance to get the truth out of him

Fox just modified the report to say that he would NOT be extradited, but would be interrogated in an undisclosed location by American authorities. This is good news! I was concerned about them sending him here. He would be another Moussaui who would suck up resources and be privy to American rights and give us nothing in return.
