No one is going to die on this hill.

And no one is being hot headed and emotional.

But if it makes you feel better, you can pretend its no big deal and ridicule those who point out the activism of the 9th Circus bench.

You have a winning issue - a huge majority of people LOVE the pledge and have fond memories of reciting it and find it absolutely abhorrent for a court to ban its recitation in school.

Seems as though you are afraid of any public acknowledgement or display of religious sentiment.

And that is simply unAMerican.

See! The unthinking emotional part that I predicted exists in your first post to me. There’s nothing in my previous post that would lead a rational man to conclude any of the garbage that you just accused me of.

I suspect that if any kind of civil disobedience is enacted, however orderly, it will be associated with screaming unbalanced "right wingers" that CBS/ABC/NBC/CNN will put out front and work to define the RP with.
