SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - A man who threw a dog to its death in a fit of road rage is suing the dog's former owner and a newspaper, alleging mental anguish and seeking more than $1 million in damages. The dog's former owner, Sara McBurnett, responded by calling Andrew Burnett a "pathological liar." An attorney for the San Jose Mercury News called the lawsuit frivolous.

I read that the woman is on permanent disability because she can't bear driving past the spot where "fluffy" was terminated. Now she stays at home watching soaps while I foot the bill.

So does that mean you approve of the lawsuit the dog-tosser is bringing?

I don't think that he approves but, if what he writes is true, then she's nuts, too.

Did I say I approve of the lawsuit the perp is bringing? No, I didn't say I approve of his lawsuit. I don't approve of any lawsuit initiated by any convict. I think convicts lose all their rights, period. If I had a million liquid metal terminators, as in
Terminator 2, Judgment Day, there would be no more convicts, muslims or demonRats.
I simply was pointing out that the lady is a fruitcake if, in fact, she really got disability. Life's hard. Get a grip.

Castrating the poor fellow would solve his mental anguish.

The info that the woman is on worker's comp is not in the story. The poster only "heard" that she was. I'd really like to see proof.

I would imagine that three years in jail would be much more likely to result in "anal anguish"...

**I read that the woman is on permanent disability **
Do you have a source for this information? Thank you.
To: Catspaw
I'd really like to see proof. Which, has what to do with your original question?
BTW, I'll try to find the article.
To: pabianice
If that had been my dog I would be in jail and he would be dead.
To: Lee Heggy
I agree.

Is there any concrete data the lady is on disability as a result of the killing of her dog?

I suspect you're making it up.

Lady sounds pretty
sane to me, with no indication of "disabilty." I'm waiting for the poster and those who call her "Fruitcake" to produce such.
