My point as well, the dems don't want to answer questions cuz they aren't objecting to him on merit, they're objecting to him because he's CONSERVATIVE! Hopefully this tactic will expose that and make them run for cover as Estrada is confirmed.

The problem is exposure. There was literally no coverage in the daily papers after the Senate stayed in session until 2:00am. The media is definitely suppressing this story.

The question now is: will this tactic force media coverage or will it stay in the black hole of news?

The only way to Force media coverage is to force it to go 24/7. They can whenever they want. I am guessing if they have 58, or 59, then they will go that way if need be.

That is a very good observation, and I thought of that after I made that post.

I didn't hear or see anything about the session that ended at 2AM. Complete local media (Indiana) blackout of the subject.

If only decent people really knew what was going up there in the Senate there'd be a lynching!
