You people need to get out of Hollywood once in a while and get out into the real world.

As the late Richard Harris said:

"They'd go to the opening of an envelope. Any big occasion, they're always there. Anything for exposure. We can do without them. What I hate about our business today is the elitism. So-called stars ride in private jets and have bodyguards and dietitians and beauticians. Tom Cruise is a midget and he has eight bodyguards all 6ft 10, which makes him even more diminutive. It's an absolute joke. Actors are unimportant."

I love Charlie. He was once a bit of a leftist (supported Carter) but once he became a Christian he leaned more conservative. He's always been patriotic.

And he still puts on a good show. I saw him last summer.

You Go, Charlie D! Tell us what you really think! Rats, Edward Norton is one of them. His movies are usually very good. Oh Well!

I always wanted to someday share a pint of Guinness in an Irish pub with Richard Harris. Great actor, and like most of the great ones someone who knew exactly how lucky he was to make a living playing a children's pretend game.

I always wanted to someday share a pint of Guinness in an Irish pub with Richard Harris.

Somehow, I don't think that, when it came to alcohol, Richard was very much for sharing. :) May he rest in peace.

I'd rather share a fifth of Wild Turkey with Charlie in a seaside bar on Hatteras Island...
