February 28, 2003 -- INS red tape makes it nearly impossible for the NYPD to report illegal aliens for deportation when they commit crimes, Mayor Bloomberg's criminal-justice coordinator told a congressional hearing yesterday.

The official, John Feinblatt, said Immigration and Naturalization Service agents are difficult to reach and have reams of regulations and red tape for dealing with alien criminals.

Bush's policy of open borders lets these vermin in.

Bush replaced the open borders, Libertarian, James Ziglar, he appointed to head the INS, with a Cuban banker by the name of Aguirre.

The first words out of Aguirre's mouth are that it'll take some time to figure out just what they're trying to accomplish in the Immigration Dept. of Homeland Security.

Think anything's going to change while Bush is in charge?

The agenda hasn't changed - our nation is to be watered down, Balkanized, divided and conquered by those whose agenda is a one-world government. Bush II is following this agenda, as was Clinton, as was Bush I. The very people we've elected to protect us are the ones who are selling us out. No surprises here.

Now wait a minute, you're letting Chucky and the junior senator from New York off the hook here. If they would spend less time chastising Miguel Estrada for not turning over memorandums he wrote while serving in her husband’s Justice Department,(something about FBI files – hummmm) Mrs. Clinton ignores the fact that this is unprecedented and that every living former Solicitor General - including President Clinton’s - said doing so would all but paralyze the nation’s top legal office.

That aside, the President does not ‘run’ New York; it is up to those senators and the Mayor to either push the INS aside or demand those rapists be deported ASAP. Then again, the junior senator from New York is partial to rapists...............

in a shantytown near Shea Stadium.

People better get used to seeing shantytowns, and don't throw away old wooden pallets and cardboard because they can be sold for housing material.
