bump and ping
It will be interesting to see the legal, political, and rhetorical hair-splitting the proponents of racial discimation come up with to denounce this scheme.

Former Ku Klux Klan grand dragon David Duke has already done
this.

Extra warning: this is a high-volume ping list.

FYI, Duke wouldn't know "tongue-in-cheek it bit him on his ignorant A$$. And I have known the jerk, being a native New Orleanian myself.
Kudos to this kid.

"To acknowledge the United White Person's Fund as constitutional means you have to acknowledge the United Negro College Fund is constitutional. Fighting fire with fire doesn't work in this case, because you undermine your own argument."Talk about missing the point...
To: NorCoGOP
The United Negro College Fund is within legal guidelines because race-based preferential treatment is allowed to make up for past discrimination Well, The United White Persons College Fund is making up for current discrimination.

That organization is run by Duke? I browsed the site for ten minutes or so and didn't see anything that was overtly "racist". A lot of facts regarding race and some confederate merchandise, but that's about it.

Anecdotal evidence ONLY....My youngest got small scholarships upon graduation..he was only 3rd in his class. However there was even then(80s) a separate scholarship set up for blacks....the kid who got a full ride to Miami, played drums.....flunked out first year. My youngest is now Dr.(PhD in math)and has a good job with worldwide investment/banking institution....made more money his first two years than Ol' Dad did all his life..the drummer? I don't know......

This may be tongue-in-cheek, but there's a whole lot of truth in it. When I was in college in Texas back in '78, I went to the office that handled scholarships to see if I could get any help at all. My parents were below the poverty line, I had no money, and I was taking a full course load, making all A's and winning several academic achievement awards. The woman there searched and searched, but told me there was nothing at all she could do for me. She told me specifically that if I had been female or a minority, there were several funds she could have tapped, but because I was a white male, there was no help available. So I continued working two parttime jobs while taking all my classes and sleeping in two three-hour shifts per day until I graduated. It made me the big fan of "affirmative action" that I am today.

To acknowledge the United White Person's Fund as constitutional means you have to acknowledge the United Negro College Fund is constitutional. Or, conversely, to acknowledge the United White Person's Fund as unconstitutional means you have to acknowledge the United Negro College Fund is unconstitutional.

I'm sure you're a better person for it too.

Could you imagine the outcry if there was a White Students Association?

There is nothing like demonstrating absurdity by being absurd, particularly when the liberal in the room doesn't get it.
I wish I saved a copy of the Fighting Whiteies T-shirt to post.
