I dont know why the Navy just doesnt cruise by with an aircraft carrier and "accidentally" discharge a high powered microwave signal from one of the electroic warfare planes to fry their electroic spying equipment. The ET's used to do that quite frequently to mexico while servicing the planes aboard the carriers in Sandiego. (it was funnier at night because it was like someone just hit the light switch on the coastline)
