I havent been watching(yet) Do you think they will vote on Estradas nomination tonight?

No.... this is just pushing the issue.... imo. Frist wanted a vote at midnight but couldn't get agreement from the dems.... So a quorum vote was called... My guess is they are going to push the issue and the dems will not agree and continue to debate. At some point 16 senators will request a 'sense of the Senate' Cloture vote and then we'll see where we stand.... But I'd guess that would be a some point in the future....
