Frist just moved for the vote - called for the Yeas and nays on Estrada and then noted absence of a Quorum. Frist is forcing their hand. If they are going to stop the vote, it is going to bring on a traditional fillibuster at this point if I'm reading this right. I think we're about to get what we've been asking Frist for.
