Are they at least keeping track of all the illegal immigrants who work as ground crew and maintenance techs for the emergency oxygen tanks?

I believe they use oxygen generators, not tanks.

and they are individual tanks for each mask as i recall. not safe to carry crates of them in cargo hold though
