Drones or pieces of drones that have GPS mapping may have been sent to Iraqi agants in US to spray chem or bio weapons over US cities.
The class of UAV I alluded to fits unassembled in an attache case, has a range in excess of 80 kilometers, flies autonomously, could be easily expected to fly into a subway entrance on a Manhattan street and would deliver a 2 kilogram payload into that subway stairwell.
It could be launched by one person out of an apartment window in north Philapdelphia and deliver over four pounds of chemical or biological agents into a crowded, confined space in the heart of the American financial district.
The components for this class of UAV are readily available on the private, commercial market for less than $10k per aircraft.
Remember the key parameters are a payload of at least 2 kilograms, an absolute range of at least 80 kilometers and an airframe volume of less than 2.2 liters.
