You can't because there aren't any.

Unlike criminals, police don't shoot people for a goof. Shooting a suspect during a crime is different from a guy shooting a 7-11 cashier during a robbery.

In none of the examples cited was there a crime being committed. One was a botched felony stop (gee, there's been a few of those lately), and the other was just pure stupidity. In neither case was the shooting anywhere near a crime scene.

Reasonable people can disagree on these cases, but these is an easy test to separate the jackboot-lickers from the rest:

Is the Environmental Protection Agency constitutional?

Is the Department of Education constitutional?

Is the Drug Enforcement Agency constitutional?

What part of "shall not be infringed" does the BATF not understand?

Do you have any unenumerated rights and what are they?

The hard core shills that never find anything wrong with any act of any LEO never provide answers to any of these questions. The "unenumerated rights" one is particularly telling, since LEOs are now trained to treat anyone who cites the Constitution as a clone of Timothy McVeigh.

He said Cops aren't held accoutable for their actions and "mistakes". You said he must believe in Santa. He asked you to point out where they do. You couldn't and instead tap danced. You lose the argument.

Now tell us all what you think would have happened if you would have ran over that girl. First of all, you're not even allowed to drive on that beach. Only the princes and the lords are allowed to bring their vehicles there.

So you'd be ticketed for driving on the beach, jailed for vehicular manslaughter, and sued into poverty. Equal justice under the law?
