On the contrary, it's obvious. The Dems never intended to abide by the restrictions in the first place. They could help pass the legislation, look good, smell good, all the while figuring out ways to cheat their way around it.

This is true. I know this for a fact. My wife's very good friend raises tons of money for the democrats up in Chicago. She is real close to the hildabeast (fundraisers in home) - she went to india twice with slick willy. When hitlery was campaigning for the senate, my wife was asked if she would accept a check for $2k, so that my wife and I could donate $1k a piece in hard money to her campaign.

Of course we did not, and it still pisses me off that we haven't done anything about this, but I can't. This has been my wife's best friend since middle school.

I know for a fact that a large portion of the soft money will be converted - for crying out loud it was happening before this law was even passed.

I believe that Hillary also has another plan to raise money.

It has to do with Homeland Security funding. Note other than trying to stop President Bush on Iraq and judicial appointments, their bigger push has been about not enough funding for Homeland Security.

I believe that by elevating the push for more money to states and cities they plan to use federal money to assist the "Get out the vote". The message is the President is not doing enough to protect the country, cities are doing their part by passing resolutions against "War in Iraq" and some mayors have stopped local police force from dealing with illegal immigrants.

We hear, Hillary and her gang constantly talking about what bad financial crisis in state/local government. Vote fraud is most rampant in dem cities and they need money, why not use federal dollars through the Homeland Security funding?
