Is this article in the WSJ newspaper? Or just their website?

My understanding is that Peggy Noonan now writes regularly for WSJ Online, and infrequently for the print WSJ version, after appearing once a week in print. It's a shame they moved her, and I suspect it's to generate hits at that website.
