That may be the case, but they still discriminate against those who have no money when prosecuting cases vs. those who do have money. When you have a court system based on commercialism vs. that of the constitution, you don't have a constitutional court system. Judges are bought with money and bribed to underhandedly dismiss of cases all the time. Most of them never get caught because they invoke judicial immunity. When you have judges doing this, you have no laws being enforced but rather things operate under anarchy. That is....the law is what the judge says...not what the law states.
You don't have to be a celebrity for a judge to take your case, you just have to have money moreso than you do standing to sue. Those are real facts which I and others have witnessed in our state and federal courts.
