Having perused said post, I would like to point out that while my prospective client, Mr. Landru, may have admitted to having possession of a thong, there is no indication that said apparell was ever worn by him.
While possession of a thong, may in itself lead to suspicion that my prospective client, Mr. Landru may have had intent to wear said article, there is absolutely nothing conclusive to indicate that he, in fact did.
Therefore, I would urge the Black Thread jury, in this instance, to strike out proceedings on the basis that the allegations cannot be proven beyond all reasonable doubt. The defence rests! ;-)
Well then, I will have to vote Not Guilty based on your excellent summation. That is, unless the prosecution (Mudboy Slim) can offer more evidence, other than the suggestion that the alleged thong is edible.

Of course she'll take me to the proverbial cleaners -- in spite of your best legalistic efforts to the contrary -- so just be forewarned:
1) Like magic [$.5x106] of my art silently & swiftly morphs into her art. *voila'*!
2) The sports cars -- & *especially* the '03 -- goneski. Think the cars are *fast*, watch her lawyers work. (~bet we could hook into the smaller Citroen for pennies on the dollar shortly tho' as soon as parts dry up & get scarce?)
3) 5,000+ sq/ft home shrinks to barely 900 when we take possession of our *new* trailer. Think of it as "The incredible Shrinking House." [sorry for the cliche's, couldn't help myself...] But I promise you HappyGal: the roof won't leak & hot water heater work even if the furnace doesn't; plus, it can be moved on a moment's notice...)
4) Vacation condos -- goneski -- still...I'm told fishin' for Fiddlers using cane poles in the Ohio River during June, July & August is a real ball. Even better if ya got a raft to reach the sandbars, too. Lots of sun. Kinda *like* a vacation. :o)

FWIW...I have photographic evidence that Landru was INDEED wearing the Thong in question...if it pleases the court, could I please have a recess until after lunch to provide said photographic evidence. As I recall, Landru looked quite similar to a MULE in said photo, a photo that can, indeed, be found on the Black threads.
