Robert (demon) Mugabe is an ideal candidate for an assault by Dogs of War.BTW, I recall something like a month or two ago a threat issuing from Washington that military force might be required to assure the adequate and equitable distribution of food aid in Zimbabwe. I don't remember if it issued from the White House or State or what. You happen to know if anything else has said on this? I may take some time to research that tomorrow (although I don't have Lexus-Nexus).
