Did you ever see Walken as "The Continental" on SNL? Too funny for mere words. The man is a huge talent. Hi Travis,
I was thinking the same thing when I read the title to this thread. 'The Continental' skit has to be among my all time favorite comic routines - it had me doubled up with laughter. Christopher Walken is great (and the funny thing is that I don't think he's ever played a comic role in any of his movies...).

Addendum to Post 49:
I guess after reading all the other posts on this thread I see the 'Continental' character must be a re-occurring skit on SNL. I just remember the first, and only time, I saw it a couple of years ago where Christopher Walken plays the swarmy playboy wannabee. He was great (and sounds like he puts in another great performance tonight. I'll have to see it).

how many people know that "The Continental" was a show on TV in the early 50s. I never saw it, though. BTW, I thought the casting of Walken as Leonardo diCaprio's father in "Catch Me If You Can" was brilliant. And that was a great movie.

Mouse Hunt for one. Caeser, the Exterminator. Very funny and nutty.
