You are so right!! GW and Co. have given him so much time to plan his SHOW OF HORRORS!! All this UN crap has only ruined element of surprise but put our own troops in much more danger as well as Iraqis. Saddam has had time to sit around with his "generals" and plot all sorts of horrors. He has been successful at stalling for time which only helps him.

Works boths ways. The time has allowed the generals to medidate on the fact that they do not want to be hanged because of war crimes should they use bio or chem agents.
Sadaam is not going to be allowed to casually direct the defense of Baghdad from the safety of his presidential places or his bunkers.
