And the O'Malley family sold the club because of the looming estate taxes that they would pay. Another bad result from our rapacious government, and its ever-consuming desire for our money. Repeal the death Tax!!
Not to bring psychology into this discussion (because I don't know anything about it) but over the Christmas holidays I read a book titled, "Double Take - Politically Incorrect Limericks" by some body named Jaggero (don't know if he knows anything about psychology either); it's a funny as heck and cheap book that makes some interesting observations about sports (in general) and baseball players (in particular). It also has some great takes on terrorism/terrorists, politicians (ours), pop-culture (& Hollywood leftists) and society. Check out their website here:

By the way, I sent this book as a gift to a few of my liberal "friends" last Christmas, I haven't heard from them since...makes me wonder!
