Can you give one example of Al Qaeda clearly claiming responsibility soon after a terrorist incident?

People, people, get a grip. This is not the first time this has happened in this area. In the 70s, an entire refinery went up in one huge blast right next to the Turnpike in Eliabeth, NJ. In the 90s, a barge blew up in the same area as today. Further, a resident of Staten Island near the explosion said that there was a propane leak at the facility on Thursday that was going to be allowed to run out as they could not shut it off. People were aware of this yesterday. I heard the explosion at exactly 10:11. I know as I looked at my watch when I heard it, and I live at the Jersey Shore, a good 25 miles from the site. My wife called me a few minutes later from closer to the site that she could see a huge ball of smoke and fire to the north of her position. This type of accident at a fuel facility is one of the hazards of the business. If someone were going to blow something, they would only have to go a few miles southwest to the Earle Naval Pier where they are loading ammunition for the Gulf problem.
