Could it be one of the workers called his supervisor right away and said, "Boss I (or another worker)just made a major F**K Up!!"

There'd still need to be an investigation to make sure the "major F**K Up" had not been deliberate, i.e., an act of sabotage, before one could be sure terrorism was not involved.

This hypothesis is unlikely, but possible.

I say this because there are NO KNOWN FATALITIES from this huge explosion.

That in and of itself is suspicious.
