"I'll be watching them with my grandkids many years from now."

I really dont know what to think of those two movies. Me personaly after reading the books over two decades. Many times over. I dont know. I think they are at least as good as the books. They will be around a very long time. Good stuff!

It is my opinion that you must read "Lord Of The Rings" in order to really enjoy the movies. The movies are so fast-paced that it is hard for the non-reader to keep up. Having read the books, I can concentrate on the scenery and dialogue without having to try to figure out where the plot is going. Also, the fact that the movies leave so much out from the books doesn't bother me because I can picture everything in my mind. Frankly, I don't know how non-readers can fully understand the movies without knowing about all the things that are left out.

What is your all time FAVORITE book?

Just a little more fun here, a bit.
