Sounds like I have to rent it.
A guy from my parish and I are planning a goat roast for his front yard out here in the heartland this spring - partly to fit the stereotype, and partly because it sounds like a blast.
Make sure you have lots of feta cheese on standby (I have a weakness for feta :o)
A little spanakopita, tyropita, some dolmos and souvlaki.....
We'll follow it up with Ouzo.
