It's not entirely accurate - the latest word from Canada is that they haven't even been asked to participate, and Hungary denied passage to U.S. troops just this past week. Turkey is putting its allegiance up for sale and has not committed to assisting the U.S. (though they may intervene on their own). So that list of nations doesn't really tell the whole story.
The nations that are really fully supportive of this effort are:
U.S., U.K., Australia, Israel, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Romania, Poland, Japan, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan
I wouldn't bank on the support of any other nation, especially Turkey... they've really screwed the pooch on this one by trying to extort from us.
In the 'against us' category are Iraq, France, Germany, Belguim, North Korea, and Syria.
For all practical purposes, any nation not either in full support or full opposition is effectively neutral to the conflict - this includes Russia and China as well as good-weather allies (e.g. Hungary, the Netherlands) and fearful Arab regimes (e.g. Saudi Arabia and Egypt).
