Hollywood Fundraiser Rob 'Meathead' Reiner Endorses Anti War 2004 Presidential Cadidate Howard Dean

Ex-Vermont Governor Howard Dean's staunch anti war position has earned him an early boost in Holywood fundraising in the form of an endorsement of director/actor Rob Reiner. (Sleepless in Seattle, All in the Family)

Reiner, who will be Former Governor Dean's 2004 California Presidential Democratic Primary Party co-chair said 'Dean is the only major Democratic candidate speaking out against going to war without the support of the United Nations.'

'My urgency to support him right now is to give him as big a forum as possible so that his vews can be heard.'

'It is a very dangerous time right now,' Reiner's nod will be announced today in an appearance with Dean at the Los Angeles Childrens International Institute.

Dean actually scares me a little. Two reasons. 1. He's a governor.(Only Vermont...but Klinton was governor "only of Arkansas") 2. He's pro-gun. He's taking a moderate view on federal gun laws - "It's a state issue".

Bush beat Gore because Gore did a 180 on guns. Dean can dig into the gun vote if Bush screws up on guns.

I know. Dean is an unknown at this moment but so was Clinton. I haven't watched Dean at all and I really don't know what he is like when he speaks. The reason why the Democreeps like him is because of his stance on the war. They don't like Gephardt, Sharpton, Edwards. Kerry is iffie for them. Dean is gaining momentum with them. We will have to see. I am waiting for the democreeps to start tearing each other apart but that hasn't happened yet. BOB GRAHAM IS SUPPOSED TO START AN EXPLORATORY COMMITTIEE THIS WEEK!
