Five cents a bullet has been defeated twice already, but I suspect California will soon do what the federal government does - just tuck this horrible little tax mandate somewhere in a 'happy' bill that sounds good on the surface. Did you hear that part of Gebhardt's election platform was to go to the WTO to formulate an 'international minimum wage'? Before I laughed out loud, I thought 'nothing is out of the question any more' - with this kind of thinking, the two rupees a month we'd all get won't even pay for a pack of Marlboro Lights. /sarcasm
