See, this is what I've been saying. I think it is an absolutely perfect reason to go to war, to protect the American dollar as the fiat currency of choice. Since the Euro has gained 22% against the dollar in the last few years, it may be a necessary one as well.

Because, anybody who has been listening will by now understand the only reason we are going into Iraq is Terrorism, it is about anthrax, riccin and training of terrorist! You can not logically even make a case for it being oil.

Actually, Oil is the legitimate reason that France isn't interested in a war. WMD, terrorist ties, and Saddam's demonstrated desire to use said WMD is the reason for the war. If it were for oil, we would have taken over Saudi Arabia years ago and the Shah of Iran would not have fallen.
