I thought so much but wasn't sure. Thanks. I didn't know who SEIU was until I watched this video last night.

during the Haitian boat situation right before Jeb's election, the SEIU was chanting "no justice, no peace" this is a dangerous slogan which basically means, don't do as we say, then expect violence.

Ken, I think this would make a fine live thread....the title's right...and we have some good background. We can ping people to the party. What do you say? (^;
Decent of President Bush to thank our staunch ally, Spain, by inviting Spain's PM Aznar to the Crawford ranch for the weekend.

Unfortunately, after I sent it, the thing said, thank you for supporting the Estrada nomination. So, I have no idea if they changed my letter. I would advise you NOT to use their letter head.

NO way they are going to back down on the Estrata vote. I read an article several days ago that said they were going to have a media blitz trying to win support for Estrata.

I see exact same thing posted on a number of threads. Instead of polluting each one, why don't you just create a thread of its own and then every other thread can have their (thread specific) commentary.
To: Steven W.
I post this on mostly all abortion related threads,sorry it seems to annoy you. I mostly post this on only abortion threads but, just today posted this on a few Estrada threads. As I believe that the Estrada conflict with the leftists dems is about one predominent thing--abortion.

I'll say this much for the recess, it's kept the Democrats from using the filibuster platform to harangue Bush during the anti-war protests this week.

SEIU is about the most communistic labor union out there. Service Employees' union, I think. They're always at the antiwar protests too.

Their action on Estrada will determine whether I send a $120 contribution or not. I hope they are ready to fight the dems on this and everything else. If so, there's no better investment. True enough - the last couple times they called I told them to start playing hardball and showing the Dims for what they are. If they do that, my money starts flowing again. So far, it looks like they're heading in the right direction - my fingers remain crossed.

They are in there fighting the VLWC that occupies DC. Did you ever watch the White House press corp rush Ari, almost uniformly filled with contempt at President Bush - after being fed yet one more Daschle lie? Try getting a conservative message to the mainstream press.
An extra week allows our guys (and US) to rally support at home. Two more pro-Estrada editorials appeared in the Orlando Sentinal and Providence paper - picked up by Fort Wayne, and who knows who else today.
AP discriminates. That's the bottom line. WE are needed on the front lines.

There you go. C-Span 1 live.
C. Boyden Gray speaking. Semocrats were invited to come, didn't bother.
For the record, NO ONE should speak while Rummy's speaking live. Sigh.

Aha - you and Rummy too, huh? Who would've ever thought a 70 year-old man could be sexy, but he sure is!
